Our 3.5-month Live Online Bootcamp - recognized by employers for its distinct focus on team-based learning - is held Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm to reduce your time to completion. For those needing a more flexible schedule, our Online program delivers each course over 4-6 weeks guided by an Online Project Management coach with several offerings a year to enable completion within 6-7 months.

Curriculum
The curriculum for the UBC Certificate in Project Management program follows the standards and principle set by the Project Management Institute (PMI)® in their Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). It is comprised of 5 courses including a capstone course involving a team project. Covering processes, leadership and teamwork, the program is designed to provide a comprehensive review of the knowledge base needed to build a successful Project Management career.
Through instruction, collaboration, discussions and team assignments, you will develop your understanding of key project management concepts and acquire tools and techniques that will serve to enhance your performance as project manager or leader.
