Practice thinking like a Project Manager by taking on the challenge of a project that needs professional help! Built around a case study, the Applied Project Management course places you in the role of a newly hired Project Manager who has been brought in to rescue a project that is already in trouble. Analyze the root cause of the problems, develop a recovery plan and map out strategy to get the project back on track. Drawing together themes from the prior courses, this capstone course will be used as a platform to get you thinking about the practicalities of applying Project Management principles to a typical project. Requiring you to think about people, processes, leadership and business strategy, this course will focus the learning on what it takes to make a real project a success.
