As my instructor pointed out, this program is one of the few that encompasses business analysis, change management and project management. Having had exposure to all three areas, I was finally able to see the connection and how crucial it is for the three to work together. The course materials provided me with more clarity in the work I do as a Business Analyst and the big picture my project team is working towards. Not only was I able to learn about the industry from the instructors, I also had the opportunities to learn from my peers through group assignments as well.

I found the Agile Business Analysis course quite interesting and mentally stimulating. The concepts introduced are things I feel will prove invaluable to me in my future career as a business analyst. The instructor did a commendable job of facilitating learning, teamwork and free expression among the participants. In addition, the use of videos and other reading materials introduced related ideas that better helped me understand Agile Business Analysis. I found the assignments most valuable as they were patterned after real situations and easily relatable. The online platforms used to deliver the sessions were ok. I would readily recommend this course to anyone looking to better understand the concept of Agile as it relates to business analysis.

Since completing the course, I’ve established myself as a capable Business Analyst. This has given me freedom to try ‘outside the box’ solutions on my projects. As the old saying goes, you need to learn the rules well, so you can break them efficiently.
