Our online program delivers each course over 6 weeks guided by an Online Business Analyst coach with several offerings a year to enable completion within 6-9 months.

Who Should Attend?

The Business Analysis program welcomes early- to mid-career professionals seeking to develop or advance their business analysis skillset.  This including current business analysts and business systems analysts; project, product or program managers; financial and operations managers; usability, program and quality assurance analysts, and business process improvement specialists. This program is ideal if you are looking for a job that allows you to perform many of your job responsibilities working from home. Prior experience in business analysis or information technology is not necessary.

Program Benefits

  • Understand business analysis techniques and processes.
  • Analyze and synthesize organizational information.
  • Define problems, consider opportunities that contributes to the bottom line and recommend course of action.
  • Build a shared understanding between the project team and stakeholders.
  • Acquire Continuing Development Units (CDUs) or Professional Development Units (PDUs), which can be used towards Project Management Institute or International Institute of Business Analysis certifications.
  • Pursue the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) designation or other related industry professional certifications offered through the IIBA® or PMI®.
