Based on industry standard practices, the course introduces the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). Recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to project management, examine a broad range of projects and explore how different approaches are used under different circumstances. Review the full project life cycle from initial concept through to project completion and the eventual realization of benefits. Gain insight into how projects work in the real world and the factors that lead to project success.
