Transfers, Withdrawls and Refunds
If you would like to transfer between open enrolment courses and course sections or withdraw from a course, please submit a written notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least three business days before the course begins to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued net of $50 fee per transaction. No refund will be issued for requests made within three days of the course start date.
Students who do not formally withdraw from a course are considered registered in the course even if they are no longer attending classes.
Deposits provided for cohort programs are non-refundable should you wish to withdraw prior to or during the program.
If UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies cancels courses due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed by the original payment method.
