Studio Teaching in the UBC Sauder Production Studio

Dear UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies Instructional Team,

We are excited to invite you to attend a special evening that will be highlighted by a workshop on Studio Teaching in the UBC Sauder Production Studio – Robson Square, followed by dinner and awards for our instructional team.  

Mike Lakusiak, Associate Director of Digital Experience at Sauder— will provide an overview of what’s possible using the UBC Sauder Studio at Robson Square as a teaching tool for live and asynchronous program offerings. 

Since 2020, Mike has led Sauder Executive Education’s initiatives in blended learning, rapidly converting in-person programs to online teaching, while maintaining high levels of production quality and learner engagement. The studio space is also used for promotional and website videos and other multimedia work in service of UBC Sauder programs.  



The session will include examples of past work and a Q&A.
