Written Business Analysis Communications

Develop writing skills that meet communication best practices in the context of a BA role.  In a clear, concise, and compelling manner learn to produce documents that are accessible and understandable to non-technical audiences. Effectively communicate findings and provide feedback that satisfies both internal and external reporting standards. In addition to business writing and editing, create other forms of visual and Web 2.0 communications and presentations.

The format of this course is 100% online. Prior to 4pm PST on the start date of the course, an email will be sent to all registered students containing instructions on how to access the online Learning Management System.
