The Project Manager's Toolkit: Project Execution, Control and Closing

Building further on the plans created in the Project Initiation and Planning course, this course covers the PMBOK® Guide project execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing processes. Focusing on the processes, methods, tools, and techniques project managers use to guide their projects toward a successful conclusion, learn how to control the flow of project work, track project progress, report project status, manage changes to project scope, and handle problems that might arise along the way.

Note: Microsoft® Project 2016 is introduced as a tool for tracking progress and is required for assignments. However, this course does not provide training on how to use the software. Prior experience with using Microsoft Project is highly recommended.
